I invite you to take this step together with me. I have practised yoga for more than 30 years and I'm a certified yoga teacher (Berufsverband der Yogalehrenden in Deutschland; European Yoga Union).
I work in the tradition of T. Krishnamacharya, which puts the individual needs of each yoga student at the heart of their yoga practice.
My lessons combine ideas (yoga philosophy) with exercises for your body, your breathing (pranayama, mantra chanting) and your mind (meditation). I also teach some elements of Do-In (self-massage).
Yoga is a way of getting to know a fascinating person: yourself. In the tradition of T. Krishnamacharya, yoga involves exercises that simultaneously address your body, your breathing and your mind. With this structured and holistic approach, the lessons allow you space for your own personality, and will be adapted to accommodate your own specific needs.
Practise in small groups and arrange one-to-one lessons to develop your own personalized training plan to follow at home.
By combining breathing exercises and movement in your yoga practice, you learn to observe yourself, and you acquire patience (which can be hard!). At some point you'll come to understand that slow is beautiful!
